Florence Steel

About

Florence Steel (b.2000, Sydney), explores transcendental symbolism through figurative oil painting and textiles installation. Deeply inspired by dreams, astronomy, and perceptions of time, Florence speaks through a poetry that references both timeless and contemporary visual languages within the intersection of art, science, and philosophy. Steel is currently completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Art History and Curatorship at ANU.
